Spec sheet
Everything here reaches the chef word for word.
Allergies
Contact, address and schedule
Ready for a chef?
Until this is ticked, only you can cook for them. It can’t be ticked while the allergy field is empty.
A couple of things before we start
Tell us when you’d most like us to cook. We’ll work to your first choice wherever we can, and having a second and third makes it far easier to keep you on the same chef.
For example: will someone be home, how we get in, a doorman or a key, a dog we should expect, where to park.
Your menu this week
It goes on your menu as a request. Shayna will check it works for your household and let you know.
You can change any of this until Saturday at 9am.

Availability
Tick every part of the week you could normally work. It isn’t a schedule — Shayna builds that, and she’ll only ever book you inside what you’ve ticked. For a one-off day you can’t make, ask for it below.
Your usual week
The pattern you normally work. This isn’t the schedule — it just saves you ticking a blank calendar every month.
The month ahead
Ask for a day off
One day at a time. Nothing changes on the calendar until Shayna approves it — she’ll see it straight away.

Review and send
Nothing goes out until you press this. They get an email with the options and a link to choose in the portal.
What your chef sees
Exactly the cook sheet the assigned chef gets — same page, same words. Check it, add any prep notes on the menu, then share it with the chef.
